2022 Spring Tryouts

Good evening YVNLL Family.

So next saturday is the first of two days for tryouts. To try and make this whole event flow nicely, we will have check-in tables in front of the snack bar. These tables will be used for checking in for tryouts and for walk-up registration. Please make sure you have your player's birth certificate and residency forms with you. We will be accepting cash, check or card for registration. Once your player is checked in, they will drop off their bat and helmet into the visitor's dugout on the 50/70 field. Then they will line up in the home dugout, again on the 50/70 field. Again, make sure if your player is trying out that they bring their own fielding glove, batting helmet, and bat.

**If your player wants to play up a division, tryouts are MANDATORY. Upper division managers will make the decision on if the player moves up.  **. Just a reminder that T-ball, 50/70 and Juniors and Seniors do not need to try-out. If you cannot make try-outs on Saturday, we will be having them again on Sunday. Tryouts are NOT mandatory, but they do help managers and myself place players in the correct brackets for the draft. **Also all players wanting to play All Stars are REQUIRED to have a try out score**.  I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend. Thank you for your time.
